A Refresh or Signature clean typically takes 2–4 hours. Deep Reset and Handover cleans take 4–8 hours depending on apartment size and condition.

How does the move-out handover guarantee work?

If a cleaning-related issue is identified during official handover inspection, we return to correct the affected areas free of charge — subject to access and the inspection report.
