Who controls your data

What we collect through the website
- Quote requests: service required, frequency, property type, number of rooms and bathrooms, approximate size, add-ons and preferred scheduling.
- Contact details: first and last name, email address and telephone number.
- Address and property information you choose to give us, such as street, postal code and city.
- Commercial enquiries: company name, contact person, premises details and operational information.
- Job applications, where you use the application form: the details you enter about your experience and availability.
- Free-text notes you write, such as access, parking or pet information.
- Technical and security information needed to deliver the site and prevent spam and duplicate submissions.
- First-touch campaign attribution: campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and, where present, a Google click identifier), the page you landed on and the domain of the site that referred you. We do not store the full referring address.
- Optional analytics, only with your permission: Microsoft Clarity usage measurement.
Why we use it
- Preparing and responding to quotations.
- Managing enquiries, bookings and scheduling.
- Communicating with you about your request.
- Operating and securing the website.
- Preventing spam and duplicate submissions.
- Measuring website usability, only where you have given permission.
Who processes information for us
Website forms are transmitted to our own Clean Home Connect service, which stores enquiries so we can answer them. The website and that service are hosted on Lovable's hosting platform, which uses Cloudflare's network, and enquiry data is stored in a Supabase database used by Clean Home Connect.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) receives usage measurement data only after you allow analytics.
We do not name other providers here, because only the ones verified in our own setup are listed. Processing may take place outside Switzerland where these providers operate; we only use providers that commit to appropriate data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small service business, including encrypted transport and restricted access. No website or service can be described as perfectly secure.
Your rights

Changing your cookie choice
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page to allow or reject analytics at any time. Rejecting analytics never prevents you from requesting a quote.
